Will there be another customer on the transfer vehicle or will it stop at another hotel?

No, all of our transfers are private transfers and not shuttle transfer. There is no one in your vehicle except you or your guests.

What should I do if I want to go or get a location that is not on your list?

The locations that are registered in our system are widely used locations. Call us if you want to go to a location that is not on our list or to be picked up

from a location that is not on our list. You can get price information by sending e-mail.

Do you have a child seat in your vehicles?

A child seat is available free of charge in all our vehicles if you make a request.

How can I find you at the airport?

With the name you provided at the time of booking, our driver will wait at the reception point.

If you cannot see the board during the crowd, you can call us by phone,

we will direct you to a point where you can meet with the driver.

How should I choose the transfer time from the hotel to the airport?

Please note that you must be at the airport 2 hours before the flight time when choosing the transfer time.

The vehicle will pick you up at the time you have chosen.

Can you come to another point during the transfer?

The transfer is starting from the point of receipt and ends at the point of departure. In transfers there is layovers. 

The vehicle goes to the point of departure without pauses.

If my plane makes a delay or arrives early?

We follow your flight number from the flight number you provided at the time of booking. If your plane is delayed,

your driver will wait until your plane lands in the area. In this case, you do not have to pay an additional fee.

But if there is a big change on your flight you must wans us by e-mail or by phone.

How much should I book in advance?

You must have completed your reservation 24 hours ago.

How can I pay?

In the last step of the Online Reservation section you can pay by credit card or in cash in the vehicle.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation free of charge 12 hours before your flight time or reception hour in the hotel.

Your money return will be refund to you as soon as possible according to your payment method.

What should I do if my transfer time or date changes?

If you call us or you send an- e-mail, your transfer will be updated according to the new date and time.

What will I do if my flight is canceled? 

In case of a flight cancellation which is not caused by you, your money will be refunded. Please inform us by e-mail

or by phone concerning your flight cancellation.

How can I do my reservation?

To make a reservation you must fill in the reservation form in our online page and sent it to us.

You will be answered at earliest.
